Lots of leasing and activity in 5,6,8,17. $200 3/16 is going rate. Ranken is the operator. They have a well permitted in sec 5.

So may move your way.

Sam B Rose started out bidding in 5, 6,8, etc.

You might contact Heller Oil Inc. I got better prices from them. Scott A. Heller was the land man. 580-226-5218. See who gives the best deal.

This is gas country, so don't expect more than about $200 3/16, but great for you if you can get more.
