My wife is executor of her mother’s estate and trustee of her trust. She and her 2 siblings have 53.5 acres in above listed Section. Has anyone heard what leases are going for in this area? About 5-6 miles NW of Henrietta city limits. Seems like interest is in the Woodford shale zone. We have had an offer of $200 per acre to lease. We think this is low for that zone. Any comments?
