I was just today offered for Section 26, Township 19 North, Range 10 West:

1. $2250/acre and 3/16 or 2) $2000/acre and 1/5

Thoughts?

Those are two completely different areas. GWL may not be interested in both areas. So that’s probably why they haven’t contacted you.
