Received offer of $800/acre and 3/16 for this section recently. What are others being offered in this or the surrounding sections and who is making the offers? Thanks!

Striker Land Services representing Apache Corporation offered $1,500/acre and 3/16 for 7-6N-6W. About 8 miles from section 25.

From the OCC docket on June 25, 2013 - 25 06N 06W - MARATHON OIL COMPANY - HORIZONTAL SPACING - VACATE AND ESTABLISH NEW SPACING & APPLICATION FILED ON _06/03/2013_ HORIZONTAL SPACING UNITS.

Now what does this mean? I don't know. But I bet they will be drilling in the not too distant future.
