We have minerals in 31 3N-5W, about a mile of so to the west. Marathon leased it for 1300/acre; 3yr ; at a 3/16.
They have drilled a well but I don't have any particulars on it as yet.

The first Harrison well looks like a disappointment, but some others nearby look like nice gas wells. The Shi Randall is on the west side of section 28-3N-5W.

Wow, that is a great price in these current times !!!! In '81 I, got 2500/acre; 3yr; 1/5 for 20 acres in 21-3n-8w.
They never did drill. Seems like Apache 1 was in the adjacent section where they did drill.

I, have a report in front of me regarding SW 1/4 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 in sec28 3N 5W for Eva Gray 1 a well drilled 5/19/96.
When I call the Corporation Commission they tell me it is a DEAD WELL. I have had this information for several years. Sometimes it sure gets confusion. My grandfather had holdings In different areas and it is difficult to sort out at times.
