I have 2.5 NMA in Section 2 of Township 5 North-Range 5 West in the NW/4 and have received a pooling order. I’d like to lease with someone to get a better cash bonus offer than the standard pooling order numbers. What is a good cash bonus offer for a lease out here if I were to opt in for a 3/16ths?
