I need some information if any of you have some to share. I received an offer of $4,000 per acre for my mineral interest in this area and a couple of others. Considering the last check I received for this and another area came in at $206 this month, something doesn’t compute. Is there something going on in that Township that hasn’t been made public yet or is this a fair offer that I should consider? Thank you for any input you can give me.

You want to make sure you would get paid. Some contract can force you to sell but allow them a way out of buying if well won’t produce more than they offer.
