I recently received an offer to purchase for $14,500 per NMA from Perpetual Production. Does anyone know if this is a good offer? I only have 2.5 NMA. Any input appreciated as I am new to this.

What is the section, Township and Range of your minerals? And what is your royalty, 1/8, 3/16, or 1/5?

Hi Jeff:
You should be getting royalty from Continental for a couple of wells, the Kenneth #1-17 and Ike #1-17-20.
The offer depends on the royalty that your minerals are subject to. I own minerals in this section, so if you want/need more information, do not hesitate to let me know.
