Excaliber was active in sections 10, 15 and 24 as far as filing cases. Those in 10 were dismissed. One in 15 was dismissed. Several companies have been leasing in the area, but not in 16 yet. If you do lease, make sure you do not turn over a lease without getting paid at the handoff.

16 11N 13W is leased until the middle of Oct. What is the going price now?

Going rates are not generally public unless someone on the forum chooses to share what they have been offered. The only public data is from a pooling. The last one nearby in Section 24 was in 2017, so not really that useful. It was $500 @ 3/16ths. You really need one within the last year.
