This is an offer I received from a Sherman Ross. $2500 for 3/16 royalty $1500 for 1/5 royalty $250 for 1/4 royalty Per net mineral acre. Term 3 years. I haven’t been on the message board for a long while. Is this a reasonable offer? I also have interest in Township 16, Section 4, Range 5. Does anyone know about these areas? Any and all info would be great!
