Received an offer from Ascent Resources-Utica LLC; 5 year lease with 5 year extension, paid up lease of $855, 12.5% royalty.

I don’t have a clue if this offer is reasonable or not.

From what I’ve read the 2017 lease rate is $6,000/acre.
