I have just learned of more distressing news. A hearing was held today on HB 3586 FORCED UNITIZATION. The link to the text of the bill is:

I have not read it as of yet, but will try to post something by Friday. This is becoming a good civics lesson for us all.

Thanks for enlightening us and for the sample letter. We need to inundate our representatives with letters because the passing of this bill would be just the beginning of negative repercussions for us mineral and royalty owners.
