Chip, it sounds like you aren’t going to work this out for yourselves. If the lessee/operator won’t even talk to you you won’t ever get anywhere. I think you need a lawyer. If you have a lawyer send a letter setting forth the facts, and inquiring if there is any legal reason for withholding your royalty, I think they will take you seriously.
