I'm looking for landowners in Blaine, Major or Woods counties who are currently hosting oil or gas rigs on their property. I'm a reporter for the Oklahoman and NewsOK, and I can be reached at zcampfield@opubco.com. Thank you!

Try the Woods County Clerk regarding property titles / mineral rights... All surface and mineral right holdings should be recorded there.  When I contacted them the person who I talked to was very helpful.  If you can give him the grandchildren's names etc. you should be able to figure out what is owned by who.  Good luck.

Roy, I wouldn't have anything to do with Texas.  I was talking south Okla.  That was almost an insult. Talk to you latter.

I have some small interests in 25-14 so if I get the chance, think I will go for the 1/4 with no cash. Boy I sure appreciate the info-- Okla different from Texas. Thanksagain.
