I do not have exact locations but Low bonus is $50 High is $200 Most common is $150. Low royalties 1/5 High 1/4. 3-5 year terms. There are a lot of more ways to maximize your minerals than just that. If you would like to speak send me a private message and I will respond with my number.

I'm interested in any mineral lease activity in St. Tammany Parish, especially south central St. Tammany (between Bayou Liberty and Bayou Lacombe) between I-12 and Lake Pontchartrain.
