Doesn't appear to be a discussion group on here for Roger Mills. Anybody knowledgeable about activity there?

Finally got the division orders for Dewey County - Saratoga and Hatter wells.

We have had to request it most of the time.Had to get a lawyer do it in one case. If they are late when I get the division order I send a copy of the statute back with it.

There is a code for interest paid on the remittance but did not get any on first check so will check on March check.

The operator has six months from the date of first production to pay you or they are subject to 12% interest on the balance coming to you.

You are welcome.  This has been a learning process for me.  I am hoping they come back and drill some more in our section. That would really be exciting.

Linda   Our well CR drilled in Sec 1 16 N 14w (Trook) went into production in June 2011. They sold gas in June and first oil in July.  We finally received  the division papers early Feb, 2012 and sent them back.  I got my first payment by direct deposit Tuesday this week.  My sisters did not go direct deposit and they still have not rec. check as of today. They emailed the remittance copy showing production of gas and oil for each month and my per cent.  I have had real good luck contacting them by email.  I had a question about my payment and they returned my email within the hour.   Once you receive payment email the revenue dept for questions. I have a contact for the division order dept who should be able to tell you who is handling your well. Her name is Gail Daniel direct line is 580-249-4549  Email at gaildaniel@contres.com They had told us it would be December when we got papers and ended up being Feb.  They did not pay us interest.   Good Luck   Larry

Yes, Linda, it takes persistence to get them to talk to you.  I have spent approximately 5 weeks on this project since I received the Division Order paperwork.  Turns out they are moving their office and have some people out in the Division Order Department.  Use the company email on the contres.com website and you should eventually hear from someone.
