WOW looks like no one has any interest in this group,we all sit ontop of some of the most productive and valuable real estate in the world.I know a lot of wells already exist and prevent some from leasing but i would think. Maybe everyone is already leased.If thats the case some of you might be able to help me come up with a lease per acre amount I might get on my 166 acres. my current lease expires in 60 days.some offers have been made but no commitment yet. Thanks in advance
