Are royalty checks being issued for the Pleasant Ridge Well site in Arlington? Pleasant Ridge belongs to the Lake Arlington collection of wells.

Brent,
You should run the title history at the Weatherford clerk's office or hire a landman to go over and run the tract back. I would check with Mr. Cotten here and if he is not able to do it then I know a very good land company in Fort Worth that can get that completed for you.

@ Dan Holland - Vantage has been drilling monster wells around Lake Arlington so the closer you are to that area the better the numbers are. I've seen $2500/acre and 25% leases as the norm.
