Wiliam, what is the full legal, section township range.
It depends. Somebody just may think that your interest can be purchased so they have sent you an offer.
I have received an offer to purchase my royalty interest in Sec. 17. Does this imply that production has already started in that area or that drilling in going on, or that prospects are especially good there?
My sister and I are mineral rights owners in Alfalfa, Sec 21 and Sec 15. Lots of spacing, pooling, and continuances going on. Hoping they get busy soon! Would love to know more about production numbers also! If anyone has any news, keep us posted. We are in Indiana and Michigan, so out of the loop of drilling in OK.

Good luck to us all!
I just noticed in the Tulsa newspaper where Sandridge is completing wells that are producing in the 300 t0 400+ BOPD. Is this the norm? Are there any better or worst? These were located in Alfalfa and Woods Counties. This must be generating a lot of excitment locally for the mineral owners. Any coments?
