Lease prices in Lincoln County Colorado

I have recently been offered $100 an Acre for minerals in Lincoln with 1/6th royalties.  Does anyone have any similar offers?

You might take a look at the postings on the County pages for Colorado.  Also, it is usually helpful to contributors if you post your legal description, at least township range.
