Lea County T25E R35S Leasing Offer
i have received an offer for some mineral interests I inherited in Lea County, NM. I am trying to ascertain the value to evaluate the offer. I was a landman (woman) in a former life but have been out of the business for many years. Is anyone familiar with the activity and production? Thanks for any help.

Hi Leslie...really need the section to see what all is near your minerals...but here is a page from the the New Mexico Oil Conservation page that you might find helpful...you can enter the township range and section in the location search engine...
