Hi,

I own a land company here in texas where i Have a crew of 20 landmen working in the Eagleford Shale. We leased Roughly 40,000 acres since May. Can you give me some more Details about what exactly you are needing? I might be interested

I may be able to help. I grew up in North Dakota, drilled for years there and now starting lease consulting.

I have a different approach. All results of past experiences in my parents, relatives, and friends oil leasing.

I would recommend Hal Smith and Associates out of Norman, OK.  Great company and great guy.  Unfortunately there are some brokers that make it all the more difficult for the good ones.
